    On more thing to add... have a trusted and smart person ready at hand back in the Uk, who has a written general authorization to get this and that paper for you. Brother or good friend.
    It could come in handy when you need a "silly" paper quickly, he can then Fedex or DHL to you then rather wait a week for them to do this.

    hi,is 1 month long enough to compleat seminars/counciling,and marriage in the philipines,have only this amount of time due to work.

    4 weeks is generally no problem.
    Just avoid major holiday periods if possible:D
