You can do the VHS premium service separately for 5,000 pesos - but be very sure that your other half prints off the receipt and takes it with her

Although you book the VFS appountment as part of the visa application, you pay for the Premium Lounge Service separately...

I noticed visa fee would vary ,depends on exchange rate on that day,and i think, paying on a Sunday is not favorable, very low exchange rate.I paid 1,613$ for fiancée visa,I thought we pay the same amount as the spousal visa.

Your waiting for the visa application decision by UKVI will not be any longer by not availing of the VFS Premium Lounge Service.
Good luck for a speedy and positive outcome :like:

Hi nickel, perhaps the difference in fees is that you paid for the vfs premium service? if so, this service would mean you don't have to queue and you would get personalised attention at the visa center plus free snacks :)
This won't affect visa processing times though as micawber mentioned above. Good luck on your application :)

The VFS premium service is paid separately to the visa application fee. But Nickel is going to VGS Global in Cebu - there is a charge for using VFS Global in Cebu that is not payable if using VFS in Manila and it is payable along with the visa application itself.

I booked premium lounge but on my daughter's application it did not say Premium lounge service on her form. It just say standard.
Is that mean that when you booked a premium lounge it will say premium lounge on the application?

    Confusing!!!

You paid extra because you went to VFS Global in Cebu. Not sure why there is an extra charge - maybe because the documents have to be forwarded to Manila?
