    Hi all
My wife's FLR is due on 31st Oct 2010. Owing to an unexpected pregnancy we have issues proving income.
Am I correct in thinking we need to prove income for the 12 months prior to visa expiry?
My wife has employed income which for the 12 months proceeding would be about 14k.
I will have self employed income for at least 4k plus private pension of 1k plus state pension of 6k
giving us a combined income of at least 25k.
Moving forward my wife will return to work after her paid maternity leave ends and I will be a stay at home father will a combined income of 25k being my pensions and her salary at a higher rate.
The child will be a British citizen so the income requirement remains at £18,600.
Would these figures be acceptable or are we likely to have problems renewing the visa?
    Thanks in advance.
