Travelling outside uk

    My family are planning to travel in the Philippines this April but my spouse visa will soon to expire on May. i am going to apply for Ilr as soon I comeback in Uk. Can i comeback to the UK without any problem? Thanks in advance

    As long as your BRP is valid when you return to the UK you will have no issues.
