received_2221989681239170.jpeg for more than 11 years now..still no light at the end of the tunnel.

After a year being released from prison and was transferred to immigration while waiting for the Deportation...last Monday Kevin had been transferred back to NBP by immigration .
Another unfortunate events...as the presidential announcement in September asking for re arrest of those who were released from prison under GCTA but only those who are under heinous crimes... immigration turned him over back to NBP.
I was so devastated having not informed that he was transferred to NBP last Monday as well as found out that Kev was not also informed that he will be transferred back there. Without any clothes for changing and food... immigration left him to NBP.
Kevin haven't taken a bath since Monday as no clothes..has to beg for food as he has no money. It's a very inhuman act of immigration.
I was only been informed by the prison guards that he was sent back there and informed me to bring clothes and food.
I was hoping that embassy will do something about this but as always Kev was just a number to them.
Until when he has to suffer...will he just waiting for his death here until he can get back to the UK..why....why

They should deport him anytime soon..but because immigration mess it up again I have to sort out his paperwork with department of Justice so they can release him and be deported.
This puts me too much problem as he has nothing there...plus no food or matress to sleep in...

That's really sad news. I thought that things were starting to be sorted out. Do you have a Fund Me account or suchlike, that we can help with food and essentials etc?

Just to update everyone on Kevin's situation.... immigration had literally thrown all his things I can't retrieve anything there. Was able to visit Kevin at the new bilibid prison yesterday and was very frustrated finding out that immigration had no court order to turn him back there... BUCOR had left with no choice but to admit him. He is now at the minimum security camp together with others who are still serving their sentences.
I was only able to get kevs two shirts and pants and some foods .
Kevin has no bed to sleep into...he was sleeping on an old paper box.

Please sorry for asking everyone...pls help me get him clothes, a small sleeping mat and some foods.

I need to get to Department of Justice to Lodge his paperwork so he can be released as he has no other conviction... basically he is being held at NBP without court order... without any pending conviction
I already informed his family and they are very devastated over this..but couldn't help me with Kevins needs

I'm asking everyone to pls assist me...

On my way to Department of Justice today to file a petition to recomputation of GCTA so he can be released immediately as he has no court order to be turned over to NBP.
Technically Kev had already served his sentence last year of October 30, 2018...he was just waiting for his deportation...but immigration kept messing it up. Even BUCOR (NBP) admitted he shouldn't be turned over there as they don't have any jurisdiction over him as he has no pending sentence to be served nor any other conviction. It's illegal detention or technically an arbitrary detention against immigration surrendering him to NBP.
He was the only Caucasian amongst other 16 foreigner that immigration had turned over to NBP...and BUCOR had noticed that they are those who should have been deported already...at this moment NBP as well had issued a memo to department of Justice to check with the legalities why immigration had to turn them over to them as they basically don't have any jurisdiction anymore to these foreigners as they all had serve their sentences. Other rumors came out that immigration had just throwing them back to NBP to cater for more foreigners they will be arresting as Christmas season is coming...
I'm filling a case against immigration for transferring Kevin to NBP without court order and without any explanation to why he should be there.

Actually the flight ticket should be on our expenses
We had been waiting for the Deportation Order since last year until this things happen for no reason...it has been so difficult on my part as I have to sort again kevs things as he has left with nothing...but I've been to DOJ today to file necessary complaint against immigration and for the issuance of Kev released orders since he has no pending conviction nor a sentence to be served.

As for those who are not aware of why we were convicted...to tell you, it wasn't about our guilt...as the trial progress...no complainants had turned aside from the last one that eventually disappeared too at the middle of the trial.

So why we were convicted? Lack of sufficient evidence that would proved we are not a recruitment agency. Inspite of the memorandum of understanding that clients had signed we had clearly stated on that documents that Taylor Visa and travel consultancy is not a recruitment agency. Unfortunately, San Mateo had been one of those affected area of typhoon Ondoy during that time...all our submitted evidences from the court had been washed out due to the flashflood. Our conviction was due to technically wherein evidences had been insufficient due to it was all washed out. We were sentence to 12-20 years...but why last year we were released?

It is because the court released that the guilt for illegal recruitment wasn't that strong...we had been basically convicted only for estafa. Not illegal recruitment. And sad part..our conviction should had only sentence us for 6 months to 2 years...too late isn't it...as the court issue the adjustment of our sentences only last year of September 2018 after 10 years being imprisoned.

Technically...the number of years ago and we spent inside was more than our sentences...we should have only stayed there for two years..but the order had only been released last year

Kevin had been transferred to immigration while waiting for deportation..what immigration did, dug out an old cases against kevs in 2018 but then again...it wasn't been archive by complainants as since that time noone ever happens to appear. The cases had been dismissed due to no appearance of the the complainants.

What's excuse immigration have on turning him over to NBP...well misinterpretation of the presidential announcement last September 6 ordering BUCOR to rearrest those who were released from prison from 2014-2019 under heinous crimes..it was due to the controversies regarding the chiong sisters and mayor Sanchez.

As what immigration then did...since Kevin was released last year.. without understanding that he is convicted of estafa....not under heinous crimes they then turned him over last week...so since the last servitude of Kevin's sentence was NBP... BUCOR had left no option but to admit him. Provided that Kevin is aware that he is not being held illegally by NBP...

It was immigration responsibility to take his custodial while waiting for the Deportation...

So same as me, BUCOR also had sent memo to DOJ to release Kevin's documents for clearance that he had already served his sentence...no pending sentence and no other conviction...

Why NBP can't released him... basically they don't have the jurisdiction anymore over him Only immigration should have that jurisdiction...but as they are messing it up...I am BUCOR seek for DOJ to issue order to release Kevin.

I can't see any light at the end of the tunnel ☹️...I know that eventually DOJ will release that order..but where will Kevin be detained again? Immigration a place worse than prison as he is still kept there for the Deportation Order which we don't understand how long it will take before he can get it...

But for now...what I'd like to ask is your compassion...pls while waiting for all these...help me... Kevin needs clothes and foods...that's the only thing that keeps him alive. He is still taking medication for his mental health... without food I don't know how much longer he can survive.

Another update...there had been a riot inside the minimum security camp wherein Kevin is held...as of today there is a total lock down at the camp... visitors are restraint to get inside for visiting..they are only allowed to hand out the food thru the guards so that the inmates can get food...no updates how many are the casualties
    I'm worried about kevs..

A friend of mine spent over three years in Limbo in that hell-hole, everyone from the top to the bottom screwed him for cash before he was extradited back to the UK at very short notice, he had a few health problems when he got back to London, the biggest is psychological, the worst thing is he was never charged with an offence.

Off to NBP to see the situation there...
And hopefully soon Kevin will be released from prison as he is basically shouldn't be there
Hard to understand anymore why these all is happening. I knew that he is mentally unstable already, and I can't afford to have his health totally be drained because of this new ordeal.
Been to Malacañang yesterday to submit a petition to the president regarding this matter and hopefully there will be a good news anytime soon.
