As he is a known football hooligan I'm surprised this is not already the case.

So has Gary Glitter, leopards dont change their spots.
You can see the by his criminal record.

Robinson has accumulated several criminal convictions and has served three terms of imprisonment. His criminal record includes convictions for violence, financial and immigration frauds, drug possession and public order offences. He has been committed to prison for contempt of court.[31][32][33] He has served at least three separate custodial sentences: in 2005 for assault, in 2012 for using false travel documents to enter the United States, and in 2014 for mortgage fraud.[12][15][3] In May 2018, Robinson was committed to prison for 13 months for contempt of court after publishing a Facebook Live video of defendants entering a law court, contravening a court order that disallows reporting on such trials while proceedings are ongoing. He served part of his sentence at HM Prison Hull in Kingston upon Hull before being transferred to HM Prison Onley in Warwickshire. On 1 August 2018, due to procedural errors, he was released on bail pending a new hearing of the case.[34] On 5 July 2019, Robinson was again found guilty of contempt of court at the retrial and was committed at the Old Bailey to nine months in prison on 11 July․[35][36] Before his sentencing, Robinson appeared on InfoWars and appealed for political asylum in the United States.[37] He was released from prison on 13 September 2019 after serving 9 weeks.[38]

That's because he did not change his ways after his first stint in prison.

Old data but proves a lot of convinced criminals that do time behind bars go on to reoffend Gary and Tommy are just two of many.

Can't even compare the two crimes to be honest, huge chasm of difference between the two offences with no connection whatsoever.

Crime is crime most people find sexual and violent crime repugnant both have no place in civil society and on a personal note I would not want any of the two near my family as I really don't think they can be rehabilitated.

Seriously? We are not talking about stuff Stephen Yaxley-Lennon did as a teenager or even 5 years ago.

He was filmed just 4 months ago at the Nations League game in Portugal. He wasn't sitting down with a cappuccino or having a jolly half in the boozer. No. Leopard can't change its spots. He was punching a guy from behind. Because the guy is just chav vermin.

But like everything else, his lapdogs will find a way to justify it.

Who else- other than a dirty racist criminal- would need to try and justify their repeated chav like behaviour?

Top marks for your observational skills, Markham.

I did not enjoy the amount of threads and posts about that vile man, and now that he and his ilk are linked to jail time, it is only fair to show what happens to yobs like them. :like:

Shameful episode! No doubt, this grievous assault on an upstanding football supporter is why the EFL left our football team to the vultures. EFL. EDL. Same same diba.

But really, none of us here are so wimpified that we scream assault when someone who is slightly hostile places a finger on our person. Stephen Yaxley-Lennon tried to get in to the politics biz. Eggs and milkshakes are an occupational hazard. I don't condone this, but an MP with egg stained suit happens during every campaign.

I'm sure you'd agree that we should be more concerned that MPs have been murdered by far right extremists or receiving death threats from people brainwashed by Stephen Yaxley-Lennon.

I just don't get it. Of all the right wing activists for you to place your hat on, you choose a common thug and criminal.

He punched when the other man wasn't looking.
Tommy-Yob is a coward and the lowest of the low.

October 18 is when the hearing regarding the banning order takes place.
And to think he was "trying" to be successful in politics.
    It makes normal people shudder.

I'll wager that most "normal people", to use your words, wouldn't know the specifics of any hearing, let alone the one you mention. There again, most "normal people" could care less about him. All except for you and other obsessives. There are far, far worse things happening in the UK right now - the proliferation of drugs, vicious stabbings on an almost daily basis and hypocrites causing mayhem in London to mention but three.
