Hi I have asked the estate agent for a letter about having My partner live at the property and He replied that if I want Her to live there She would need to be referenced and added to the tenancy agreement.

I could tell Him to state on the letter that He has no obligation to a second person being added to the agreement once they have had the appropriate checks.

Whould this Be ok Thank You

Estate agents are nothing but leaches, they simply want to draw up another Tenancy agreement, and carry out the required checks, for which they will charge you exhorbitant fees. However to answer your question you will need some kind of formal letter either from the Owner, the Landlord, or the agency..

Thank You for the reply, This agent has been good He did say that My partner can stay there but not full time.

But do You no if a letter stating He has no obligation to My partner being added to the tenancy agreement after appropriate checks, rather than He has no obligation to My partner living at the apartment be ok

The estate agent cannot give permission without the landlords consent, they are after all just agents acting for a client.
Your partner must be allowed to live there on a permanent basis to satisfy the UKBA requirement.
You will have to have her put on the agreement as from their point of view if you left the property and she didn't then the landlord would have a squatter on their hands.

When my fiancée now wife came here on fiancée visa I just asked for my landlord for a letter stating he was happy for her to stay in the property with me, before applying for FLR I had her added to tenancy agreement. UKVI made no comment and didn’t delay visa on doing this it this way.

It has one year I recently started to rent it. I got the letter which is good. It says they are Happy for My partner to stay at the property on the condition of doing the right to rent check then adding Her to the tenancy, This is ok?

And another question I got the employee letter confirming I work there but my Surname is Fraser and He has put it with a z Frazer, and didnt mention about how long I have been earning My current salary.

Would the mistake in my surname and not mentioning how long I have been earning the salary Be ok? And how would You word how long I have been earning currrent salary

    Thank You

First point that is absolutely fine.
About your name and earnings, ask them to redo the letter and get everything correct, your name, address, length of service, current salary, any bonuses you get, and be sure to have contact name and number of who you get the letter from. And also get the letter on headed notepaper.
Everything has to be spot on. Don’t take a risk on slightest mistake as it the gives easy grounds for refusal or delay in the visa.

Thank You for the reply. The letter mentions all the relevant details apart from the name being spelt with z. It mentions how long I have been working there but not how long I have been paid the current salary. Could it be wrote as Name has been paid His current salary over a 6th month period? Because the letter states how much I earn and for How long I have worked there wouldnt that already cover it

I have more questions do these two documents employee letter and letter from landlord have to be signed in person with pen or can they be printed out already with the signature on the paper

    Thank You

Yeah you could have it as paid x or a 6 month period, but it does look better if it has annual salary stated in the letter. But you need to have your babe spelt properly.
It’s better to have them signed with pen, otherwise if can look suspect with a printed signature, again something that could easily delay a visa application.

Thank You for the reply Would I have to include the contract of employment even though I have the letter?

Would My birth certificate be required?

    Thank You

Contract of employment is good to submit as it gives extra integrity to your employment showing you have a contract and not a zero hour contract.
No need for birth certificate as you will be submitting a copy of your passport.

I have a full time permanent contract which is good and He has put in the letter. My contract has a fixed term for one year which I have read this isnt a problem aslong as You are in employment at the time of application.

The Employee letter states I have a permanent contract which it is but doesnt mention it having a fixed term. If I gave My contract it would say fixed term permanent contract. Would this cause any confusion and is the contract required or optional?

    Thank You

This won’t cause any confusion but better to submit both.
If I remember correctly a contract of employment is one of the requirements.
Is the contract expected to end after 1 year or is it a rolling contract? If rolling contract you could ask them to state that in the letter.
