I cudnt help but notice this as I am heading here tomorrow. It will either be oysters or jolibee.

Many years ago I used to work cross the road from Harrods and used to lunch there every day.

Truth is I am not keen on either. My fiancée is over on a visit visa and she wanted to visit South Kensington, the museums and Buckingham Palsce. It’s years since I have benn over this way. I used to work in Hans Crescent just next door.

The fish and chips look good though. She loves fish chips.

Sometimes I like Cod but in Scotland I love Haddock, I would love to visit that place in Harrods but the reality is I never will, apart from that me and Ana are not on speaking terms at this point in time so she is not likely to be in this country for a very long time :)

In twelve minutes time I will be eating fish and chips (and peas) with Tartare sauce and it will have cost me about £1 pound 35 pence :D

edit: It better be bloody good if I ever visit there :D

Fresh cod or Haddock,i love them both with the emphasis on fresh,my nephews girlfriend whose visa application is currently being processed and with whom he has a daughter often blocks him on social media and refuses to answer her phone, she was his best friend on valentines day however,i cant work it out.

That's incredibly cheap???Wheres that?I was in Khao san road last march,at the end of the road there is/was a brand new fish and chip shop, someones dream,i remember wondering how long it was going to last with thai street food vendors literally 5 yards away from the front door.

    lol :D

At home in the flat making it myself, very very nice I should say, fish is Haddock, oven chips are frozen, peas are frozen Tartare sauce from Morrisons :D

I cook for myself 98% of the time, now of course not all of that is not home cooking, but lunch today was home cooked, a home made version of a Chinese beef fried rice all fresh ingredients.

I live on a very small budget because I am saving in massive terms to let me retire :D

    That explains everything then :D

    Hehehehehe.

Well done sir and awe the best, for me I'm probably going to be 65 before I actually retire but possibly earlier if I can negotiate terms with the people that need me, it would be in their best interest.

Whilst £25 is bloody expensive, £1.35 is bloody cheap.

We visited Harrods right enough. £3.50 for 2 chocolates, £5.00 for a marzipan strawberry. Everything was over priced. I can’t see how I managed to pay for my lunch in there back in the 70s.
