    Hi all,

I've been quiet for a while as I've been enjoying every minute of having my fiancee here in the UK (0n a fiance visa). It's been like a dream :)

So we're both looking forward to getting married next month, which means the next stage of the visa process is rapidly approaching :-|

As I understand it, FLR(M) is the next step. I followed a link on the UK gov site to here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publi...-uk-as-a-partner-or-dependent-child-form-flrm

So, before I start burying my head in this, I just wanted to make sure I'm on the right track - or that something else doesn't supersede it?

    Thank you!

That looks right - even if the number of routes/links to get to the correct form are infinite!
One thing that is confusing - as you follow various links from that page - is that it mentions '... Living together for 2 years' - not possible if moving from Fiance(e) to FLR(M) Visa! - I think that's because this form 'doubles up' for use as a 2nd FLR(M) application too...?

    Thanks all.

Already have water, gas/electricity and council tax bills in joint names, and just signed up for a joint bank account last weekend (awaiting postal correspondence). Oh and as my house insurance just got renewed a few days ago, I added her to that too.

She has two cashcards (with accompanying welcome letters), a letter from the NHS (regarding being an organ donor), and various clubcards in her name. So I reckon I should have more than enough.

Do they have to be dated within the last 3 months or 6 months?

As you have been together a short period just send them what you have.

That collection is many times more than what I submitted (a sole council tax bill). You have got that part of the application comfortably sorted out.
