Problem is I want to buy a house in the UK before we go back so I'm trying to get my ducks in a row.

Assuming I make an offer for a place prior to Christmas and it takes 3-4 months to complete when will I be able to apply for my wife’s VISA?

Do they do some kind of express VISA job, so we could apply immediately after exchange of contracts – or do I have to wait until we’ve completed the purchase?

We live in Spain. My Filipino wife has property in Philippines. It will be some time before she is likely to visit ‘home’ where she could make a Will

If she makes a Will, manuscript or typed, expressing her wishes to leave her Philippines assets to her cousin whom she cared for from birth. He is in effect her son. She has no children. Would such a Will be recognised in Philippines?

Now that my fiancee is in the UK, how do I get her proof of address? Can I have her added to (e.g.) my energy supply so that she has a utility bill in both our names to prove her address? Can I get her added to the council tax bills as a resident of our house? Note: I would continue paying both bills.

I'm hoping that eventually we will have shared bank accounts etc. At present she's walking around with cash.

i am aware of a female temporary healthcare visa holder and her dependant husband have now started a family, therefore the child will be born during the 3 year visa term.
